last week i wrote you, using a keyboard, i don't know why,
i brought you up to speed on the methods i've been using to fill my days,
all the words could be condensed into one......"hi",
i close my eyes

you wrote back using restraint, and capital letters,
relieved to hear from me and that I'd been doing better,
still remaining confident in the choice that you had made,
i wrote back, basically saying, "okay",

there i sat, picturing you typing those words, it was to much,
with the wound reopened i picked up my keys, turned the doorknob and got a 40 and a dutch,
we all have our crutch.

i love you and you caused me to suffer for it,
i love you, and i know what love is
i BELIEVE……….finding love is one of the few blessings that you need to receive,
and have, i envision what we could've had,
that's what makes me sad-ness, settle down upon me,
if i wasn't messed up, and if i didn't mess up,
projection from the now, is a fallacy anyhow
